Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds (Rental Equipment)
a. Rental Returns
All rented equipment must be returned by the agreed-upon return date specified in your rental agreement. Equipment must be:

In clean and working condition

Free of any damage beyond normal wear and tear

Returned with all original accessories and components
Failure to return the equipment on time or in acceptable condition may result in additional fees.
b. Early Returns
If you return the equipment before the end of the rental period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the rental unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.
c. Late Returns
Late returns are subject to additional charges based on the daily rental rate. If the item is not returned within 10 days after the due date, you may be charged the full replacement cost.
d. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

The equipment was not delivered

The equipment was defective or non-functional upon delivery (must be reported within 24 hours)

A cancellation was made before the scheduled delivery or pickup date, in accordance with our cancellation policy
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
e. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including:

Custom or special-order items
-
Single-use or hygiene-related products (e.g., cushions, slings, etc.)
